Stress Less with LWS Free 15 minute Mindfulness Session

May is Mental Health Awareness Month! Take 15 minutes out of your day for yourself. Learn about the benefits of mindfulness and participate in a guided meditation lead by Ellie Vassaux.

 

Insight on the Speaker:

Ellie Vassaux spent the better part of a decade as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and owned and operated a CrossFit gym; she has also been a yoga teacher for the past 4 years specializing in deep intense stretches and breathwork, and a Kettlebell Sport coach and international competitor. In 2021, she became a certified IM=X Pilates instructor, currently training for her advanced certification and teaches in Gaithersburg. Prior to that, Ellie did not work out at all. She was an admittedly out-of-shape, deconditioned, stressed out mom.  While COVID has changed all of our lives significantly, the call to rediscover mindfulness in new ways continues to beckon her. Ellie teaches breathing techniques, mindfulness moments, and her own mix of strength, flexibility and presence to her clients.
