Kacy is the manager of EAP Services for LifeWork Strategies. Kacy has created strategic policies and procedures that enable the program to serve clients worldwide, providing management consultation and training, critical incident response programs, and employee counseling programs. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Employee Assistance Professional. Kacy received her Master's in Social Work from the University of Maryland at Baltimore with a specialization in Employee Assistance Programs. Kacy has been in the mental health field delivering clinical services for over 10 years, with a concentration during the last 7 years in the Employee Assistance field.
