LifeWork Strategies provides
learning seminars that result in enhanced productivity and workplace well
being. Delivered by content area experts, LifeWork Strategies seminars provide information
and opportunities for hands-on skill development to employees in order to
support organizational efforts in cultivating a savvy, resourceful, and
proactive workforce. Seminar leaders are skilled in motivating employees
to utilize the newly acquired information to engage in healthier and more
productive behaviors that enhance personal and professional growth.
Workplace seminars may be offered as part of your customer agreement (Annual Health and Wellness Program) or
a-la-cart. Many of our customers offer a series of seminars around a particular
theme. A seminar series can be customized to your employees needs—Lifework Strategies
will assist you in surveying employees’ interests and/or consider
the demographics of your organization. Seminars vary in length and format;
all include handouts.
All seminar presenters possess two key factors which ensure the success
of a seminar: a professional background commensurate with the topic they
are speaking on, as well as the experience and energy to guarantee an interactive,
learning session. Our presenters have diverse backgrounds and subject-matter
expertise. All presenters agree in advance to not sell/promote services
that they offer in their private business. Participants may pursue their
business on their own accord.
LifeWork Strategies provides recommendations for maximizing participation, and will
offer you materials to promote your seminars to your employees. At the end
of each session, participants are asked to provide their feedback through
an anonymous survey. You will receive a summary of the results that will
help you in shaping future programs.
