Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services

LifeWork Stratgies program is rooted in the core principles of EAP - professional, confidential counseling and referral services sponsored by the workplace, plus we have a range of ancillary services to enhance EAP and meet our customers' changing needs. As an organizational member of the Employee Assistance Professional Association (EAPA), our services are founded in the principles of the EAPA core technology and code of ethics.

More than ever, corporations recognize that healthy employees translate into healthy business. Providing a health fair for your employees is an excellent benefit that can improve morale, improve productivity, and potentially decrease overall corporate medical expenses, including worker's compensation claims.

Through early detection, health screenings may save your employees and company the emotional and financial costs of medical conditions that have advanced because they were undetected.

Health fairs and health screenings are an affordable way to identify at risk employees before health problems develop into more serious condition.

When your corporation sponsors a health fair your employee's benefit from on-site testing services as well as receive valuable health related information from trained professionals.
